And welcome to Cascading, net home to Jo, creator and owner of this site. Cascading contains information about me, my life, and what-not. Navigation is so obvious you are a dummy if you don't know your way around this site. OK, sorry but I didn't mean to be rude. Anyway, good luck around my site!

"Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day, something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to continually be part of unanimity." -Christopher Morley

OK, back to my school life. And so time passed, and it was the Year 2000. Everyone was making a big fuss over the fact that I was taking my PSLE that year, that is, except for my parents and I. So anyway, at the end I did what I expected to do, and simple 261 + 3 got me into the school that I wanted to get into and a place in the MOE Language Centre for Japanese. I guess that was all I could ask for. It was all I wanted.
I must say now that I reflected on my past, I've realised that my personality has changed over the years. Perhaps everyone changes with time.
Now, I am more independent, for one; and I have realised that I am one who can lead. Perhaps I am a mixed-up person sometimes. There are so many roles one can play if one wants to. Over here I would just write what I think I am, although some lines would be contradicting, as I've said before, I'm a mixed-up person.
The first thing I can say about myself is that I am hot-tempered and rash. I do get angry easily, in my opinion, and because of that, get into trouble with people. However, I can sit down and think things through clearly. It's just my temper that gets to me sometimes; I lose my temper at my temper. Never mind if you are confused.
Earlier, I mentioned that I think I strive to do my best in whatever I do. The possibility of that being true is high. Forgive me, but I think that it is true. I sometimes wonder where I would be now if I hadn't tried my best all these years - I would have wasted it then. "When there's a will, there's a way."
I believe in myths and legends; in fate and destiny; in the power and magic of crystals and religion. Many might not agree with me, they may even laugh and say that all these are nonsense. But you never know until you've seen it with your own eyes. I can't say I have much, but it takes next to nothing to be a believer. The world seems so much better and more interesting if you believe.
I am one who would rather write than draw. I can't draw a proper sun to save my life. For lessons, I would take Literature anyday, and I dread Art. The only reason why the Art teacher didn't fail me for Art was that she was nice enough not to, I think.
For the physical attributes, I can't say I'm ravishingly beautiful. But I wouldn't say that I'm terribly ugly. I'm just 'another-girl-next-door', I guess. I've got nothing against it - I'm satisfied with how I look. You can't really change anything like that much right?
My clothes, I must say, are much so epicene. I cannot be seen wearing a pink frock anywhere. Don't even dream of it. I am usually found donning t-shirts in blue, and shorts or pants that fit me comfortably - that is, unless I'm in my school uniform. The reason behind my wearing this type of clothes is that they are comfortable and allow me to do what I want freely, without worrying about my underpants being seen (forgive me) or whatsoever. By the way, blue is one of my favourite colours, no doubt about it.
With everything said around here, with two pages of text that you have read through, I hold my tongue.
